Perfect and fairly clean hotel with scenic view of the mountains. What a consistently courteous staff! Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking next to the property. Everything perfect. Great location - next to Golden Roof Museum. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The stylish decor throughout Penz. The accessible layout was a breath of fresh air, and the roof terrace had such gorgeous views.
More edible snack options in the bar would help.

Really good breakfast and fantastic roof terrace
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of fresh fruits and pastries that set the tone for each day. The ambiance at the rooftop bar was perfect for winding down in the evenings. The bathroom design had a transparent window that illuminated the room when the light was on, which could be disruptive at night.

The location is perfect and so is the breakfast with its wide variety and all the exotic fruits. Room is clean and quiet stylish. The view from the breakfast room in the top floor is also nice. There is free wifi.
Room is a bit too small but otherwise nothing negative about this hotel. I can strongly recommend it!

10 out of 10. This was the best hotel for service, value for money, excellent staff .Absolutely beautiful breakfast, close to everything in the town. Very comfortable. Roof top bar. Above first class shops.

Despite enjoying the stay, I was hit with unexpected fees for my wife's stay-over 200 Euro just for breathing their air! And they had me searching for an iron like it was a treasure hunt-so not fancy! The view left a bit to be desired.

The breakfast was incredible - the best selection we have ever seen. The location of the hotel to shopping and sightseeing was perfect. The view from the room was incredible.
The room was hot and it was very hard to cool down.

Fantastic breakfast and wonderful view of snow-capped mountains from the breakfast room on the top floor! Modern clean design. Good/exclusive location to explore main attractions. Conveniently next to shopping area/restaurant. WIFI free.
